FAQs Generation
Overview
10x GEO (also listed as 10xGEO: llms.txt AISEO AEO GEO) can generate a starter set of FAQs for your store. These FAQs are designed to help shoppers get quick answers directly on your storefront via the Widget, and give you a clean starting point you can refine over time.
What the app uses to generate FAQs
FAQ generation is based on information you enter during Onboarding, especially your Business profile. This helps the app tailor questions and answers to your store.

Where FAQs are generated
During Onboarding (recommended)
You can generate FAQs as part of your initial setup while completing Onboarding.
In Shopify admin, go to Apps and open 10xGEO: llms.txt AISEO AEO GEO.
Open Onboarding and continue from where you left off (your progress is saved).
Fill out your Business profile (industry, product types, target locations, and description). This is the primary input used for FAQ generation.
In Setup progress, look for the optional task to Generate starter FAQs for your Widget. Complete that task to create your initial FAQ set.
During Setup progress, the app may also generate and publish your LLMs.txt, start Prompt Watch, and prepare analytics—depending on your plan and selections.
Where to review and edit FAQs
After onboarding, manage your FAQs from the Widget area in the app. This is where you can review and edit any generated FAQs before (or after) they appear to shoppers.
In 10x GEO, open Widget.
Find the FAQs that were created during onboarding and read through each question and answer for accuracy and tone.
Update wording to match your brand voice, and make sure answers reflect your real shipping, returns, and service policies.
If you change key store details (like product focus, regions served, or brand positioning), revisit your Business profile so future generated outputs—including FAQs—stay aligned.
Tips for high-performing FAQs
Keep answers short so they’re easy to scan in the on-site Widget.
Prioritize common questions shoppers ask before purchase (shipping times, returns, sizing/fit, materials, warranty, and care instructions).
Be specific (include relevant locations, timelines, and exceptions when they apply to your business).
Write FAQs the way customers ask them. For example, prefer “How long does shipping take?” over “Shipping policy”. This tends to match real shopper intent more closely.
